Sometimes, Webmetrics reports, alert messages, and other communications can be marked as spam and wind up in your Junk folder. The easiest way to solve this issue is to place the servers that Webmetrics mail is sent from on a whitelist, or a trusted sender list.
The following servers should be whitelisted:
This list includes our primary servers, as well as our backup servers in the event of an emergency.
Once you have whitelisted these servers, try sending a test alert as described in Test_alert_settings.
