Learn the difference between service levels

Below is a brief list contrasting some of the differences between Silver, Gold, Platinum and Fullpage services. If you are interested in the functionality a different service level provides, please contact your Webmetrics sales representative, or if you do not know who your sales representative is, call 877-524-8299 x1 or email sales@webmetrics.com and someone will be glad to assist you.

Note: options which are common to all service levels are not listed.

Silver Services

Settings:

  • Monitoring Options - 20-minute monitoring interval is the most frequent monitoring option

Gold Services

Settings:

  • Monitoring Options - 5-minute monitoring interval becomes available

Platinum Services

Settings:

  • Monitoring Options - 1-minute monitoring interval becomes available

Fullpage Services

Provides additional information about each page object.

Graphing Types:

  • Full Page Breakdown

Settings:

  • Monitoring Options - Image/Object Timeout value becomes available

Diagnose:

  • Fullpage Breakdown becomes available.
    • Select any location from the list of agents run a real-time Fullpage Breakdown.
