Learn the difference between service levels
Below is a brief list contrasting some of the differences between Silver, Gold, Platinum and Fullpage services. Note: options which are common to all service levels are not listed.
- Monitoring Options - 20-minute monitoring interval is the most frequent monitoring option
- Monitoring Options - 5-minute monitoring interval becomes available
