PagerDuty, Phone, and SMS Alert Contacts

Webmetrics supports three types of contacts to receive alert messages:

Diagnostic emails are verbose and not suitable for delivery to a phone or pager.

To add a PagerDuty contact

PagerDuty customers can use the PagerDuty alert schedule and escalation features with Webmetrics monitoring. The PagerDuty service then sends alert messages via email, SMS, or a phone call to the team members who are currently on duty using the schedules and escalation rules located in PagerDuty.
