Update contact information

It is important to keep the account contact information up to date to ensure the correct person is contacted about the account. You can enter both a primary and secondary contact to your account.

Adding a contact as the primary or secondary account contacts does not mean that the contact will receive alerts or reports. Please see About_alerts and Modify_who_receives_reports for more details on how to configure these types of contacts.

To update your contact information:

  1. Click on the link under your username in the upper-right hand corner of the page.
  2. Make sure the Contact Info tab is selected.
  3. Enter as much information as you can for the primary and secondary contacts.
  4. Click the button when you are finished.
